The ELFA Disclosure and Transparency Committee is pleased to invite all ELFA members to the Trade Finance Roundtable at 2.45pm UKT on Tuesday 24th March, kindly hosted by our partners CreditSights at their London office. The event will be followed by a brief networking session. Those members who are unable to attend the event in person can join us via Zoom.

The roundtable will cover the following:

• Growing need for clearer reporting across supply chain finance, nonrecourse factoring, receivables structures, and the need for clearer disclosure of fees and off-balance sheet activity.
• Increased scrutiny of structural risks such as hidden leverage, liquidity dependence, legal enforceability, and concerns about true-sale questions and around double or triple pledging.
• The need for coordinated guidance with banks, rating agencies, accounting firms, and law firms, and discussing best practices.
