ELFA is delighted to update all members that our rescheduled Seminar Series webinar with Milbank on the differences between jurisdiction enforcement regimes, including Luxembourg, UK and the Netherlands, will now take place on Thursday 1st October at 3-4pm BST.

In leveraged finance LME transactions or restructurings, enforcement rights can vary significantly depending on the jurisdiction. This webinar will explore the key differences between the enforcement regimes in Luxembourg, the UK and the Netherlands, and what those differences mean in practice for buyside participants.
