Cognitive Credit joins ELFA Partner Programme
We are delighted to announce that Cognitive Credit has joined our Partner Programme as an ELFA Specialist partner to help inform our members on credit data strategy.
The European Leveraged Finance Association (ELFA) is pleased to announce Greenlit Consultancy Sarl (‘Greenlit’) as a new partner. Greenlit is a boutique, Luxembourg incorporated consultancy focusing on support services for the Sustainable Finance Market. Services include assistance with Green Bond certification, post-issuance verification agent services for sustainability linked securities/loans in line with The ICMA Principles, acting as a ESG Committee member, and stock exchange listing. In the Private Equity sector, Greenlit can provide in-house services to support portfolio companies on specific projects to achieve their value creation objectives.
Partnering with ELFA, Greenlit will be offering members its insights as a sustainability co-ordinator which can assist with defining a CLO sustainable investment strategy, performing periodic review of the CLO portfolio as to adherence to the latter, harmonising ESG reporting obligations or ad hoc projects related to implementing sustainability best practices.
Greenlit was founded in 2015 by Jackie Geisen who has more than 30+years in financial sector working for major corporate trust and agency services providers both in Luxembourg and London. She is very passionate about sustainability and is devoted to help drive sustainable transformation in the finance sector.
