ELFA is looking forward to our Annual Conference 2025, with our co-hosts Milbank, next week on Wednesday 15th October! Priority complimentary member registration is open until the end of this week.

Matt King, Founder of Satori Insights and a leading global strategist and commentator on financial markets, will be the opening keynote speaker. His presentation will be on ‘The Limits of Easy Money: When money drives markets more than fundamentals‘.  He will set the scene for a day of in-depth panels with a presentation on the wider market backdrop and outlook.

This year’s agenda will explore:

• How should European lenders adapt to the evolving landscape of LMEs? What strategies will help them navigate Co-Op Agreements, up-tiering, cross-class cramdowns, and other emerging structures?
• What key trends have shaped the new issue process this year? Have these developments created advantages or challenges for lenders?
