ELFA Publishes Annual Review 2023/24

We are proud to share the ELFA Annual Review 2023/4.

The Annual Review is a concise summary of all ELFA initiatives and successes including the mission and workstreams of each Committee, working hard on behalf of our 62 member firms and 1000+ individual members.

In the letter from our new CEO, Ed Eyerman sets out his objectives to maintain focus on our core mission of improving market practices.

ELFA serves three main constituencies: our members and partners, market borrowers and issuers, and end-investors and savers.  And we strive to be a constructive and collaborative partner with all stakeholders, including sponsors, arranging banks, advisors, and regulators.

LevFin investors provide the most risk capital and ELFA, as the only buy-side trade association across all asset classes of European LevFin, continues to lead the way forward.
