The ELFA DEI Working Group is delighted to hold the next ELFA Academy 2025, introductory credit and covenant analysis sessions aimed at graduates and junior staff, on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd October. We have partnered with Fox Legal Training for the covenant sessions this year.
These interactive sessions covered an overview of the Leveraged Finance market, Covenants 101 and Covenant analysis case studies.
