The ELFA Diversity Equity & Inclusion Working Group are delighted to invite ELFA members to join us on Tuesday 10th December from 3 pm to 6.30 pm at the Kartesia office in London for ELFA’s DEI Annual Panel on ‘From Tokenism to Transformation: Leading Inclusively’. This year’s panel will explore how leaders can move beyond surface-level diversity efforts to foster genuine inclusion. The discussion will focus on recognising tokenism, building inclusive cultures across hybrid workplaces, and embedding equity into organisational DNA.
Attendees will gain practical insights, real-world strategies, and participate in a dynamic conversation on how inclusive leadership can drive lasting change in the financial services sector. A networking session will follow the panel.
