ELFA Celebrates Five Years

Our journey began in January 2019 when ELFA was established by a group of high yield investors to represent a unified, independent voice for the buyside in the leveraged finance market. Initially founded with the Disclosure & Transparency Committee and Engagement Committee, our organisation started with just 10 investors. Today, we proudly represent 62 member firms conducting our work across eight initiative committees, including our newest AI Committee, established in January 2024.
