ELFA Academy July 2022

A session runs for 60 minutes split into four modules:

  1. Introduction to the financial industry
  2. What is High Yield?
  3. High Yield covenant analysis
  4. Case studies: Based on real scenarios and anonymised for the purpose of the teach-in to provide context on how documentary flexibility is used in practice, and how investors can trade on the back of a holistic view looking at both the business fundamentals and documentary terms.

There will also be time for Q&A. There will be two sessions per group which will be run as an interactive group, and participants need only attend one of the days. These are designed as standalone sessions that can also slot into any training programme you may be running.

Planned dates alternatives are:

  • 1-2pm Thursday 14th July
  • 2.30pm-3.30pm Thursday 14th July
  • 10-11am Friday 15th July
  • 11.30am-12.30pm Friday 15th July
