The ELFA DEI Committee is delighted to announce the first ELFA Academy 2025, introductory credit and covenant analysis sessions aimed at interns and junior staff or anyone who would like a refresher, on Friday, 27th June. We have partnered with Fox Legal Training for the covenant sessions this year.
This event is only open to ELFA Member Firms. For ELFA members, there is no additional cost to attend as these sessions are included with your firm’s ELFA membership.
These interactive sessions cover an overview of the Leveraged Finance market, Covenants 101 and Covenant analysis case studies.
11am-12pm BST – Module 1: Overview of Leveraged Finance
