ELFA is delighted to announce the return of our Annual Conference 2024, with our new co-hosts Milbank, on Wednesday 13th November! Priority complimentary registration for our members is now open – register via the button below.

Taking place in person in central London, the complimentary event will bring together 150 of our members with our partners and invited market stakeholders to discuss key issues and meet old and new friends.

This year’s agenda will explore the issues impacting investors in European leveraged finance in these volatile times, covering the CLO, high yield bond, leveraged loan, and private debt asset classes.

Topics for discussion will include:

• How market evolution is driving lender pushback strategy – can we improve market standards?
• How public is the high yield market? And do lenders know what they are buying?
• Navigating ESG trends – is the market over-regulated? Is transition finance too little too late?
• Will AI make or break the markets? How will AI impact the investment process?
• What changes in a world where CLOs dominate? How does that shift CLO investor responsibility for leveraged loan quality?
• How long can private credit stay “private” and self-regulated?
