ELFA Private Credit Committee – Credit Secondaries Roundtable

The ELFA Private Credit Committee is pleased to invite all ELFA members to the Credit Secondaries Roundtable on Monday 8th December from 12.30 – 1.30 pm in-person, kindly hosted at Milbank’s London office. The event will be followed by a brief networking session. Those who are unable to attend the event in person can join us via Zoom.

The roundtable will focus on developments in the credit secondaries market, with a particular focus on fund finance-related aspects and precedent-setting transactions.

The event will explore:

  • Current market trends and key drivers
  • Rising institutional interest and liquidity solutions
  • The dynamics between LP-led and GP-led transactions
  • Pricing behaviour and the broader market outlook

The session is designed to offer both an introduction for members new to the space and deeper insights for those already active in the market.
