The ELFA Private Credit Committee is delighted to invite all ELFA members to a new panel event on The Democratisation of Private Credit taking place on Thursday 21^st November. Space for the in-person event is limited so we ask members to please register now, including your name, job title and company in your email.

• The background and changes of the ELTIF/LTAF regulation.
• Comparison of liquid vs illiquid assets, highlighting liquidity challenges and the need for wider transparency.
• Discussion on redemption restrictions and lockup periods.
• Spotlight on the end investor, focusing on how distributors prioritise products and how to ensure responsibility toward the end investor.
• The exploration of criticism and challenges the regulation has received, including standardisation of reporting, day-to-day practicalities, and operational infrastructure requirements.
• High-level analysis of the Asset Manager’s perspective about the ELTIF/LTAF underlying strategies and how they can shape the risk-return profile for their vehicles.
