Committee objectives

The Leveraged Loan Committee works to increase the efficiency of the market by engaging with stakeholders to address issues such as delays in primary settlement, and issues with transfer restrictions. It aims to enhance the ability of leveraged loan lenders to make investment decisions by working to improve the level of information provided in term sheets.
