and is currently a portfolio manager.

Before joining TwentyFour Asset Management, Elena worked as a Financial Analyst at Oakmore Investment Partners

Finance and holds a BSc. in Management and Business Administration from the University of Bologna.

Sabrina Fox, CEO at ELFA commented: “We are delighted to welcome Elena Rinaldi to the CLO Investor Committee
and look forward to working with her as the committee continues to build on the hard work and valuable contribution
of Emeric Chenebaux, outgoing inaugural Co-Chair who helped create the CLO ESG Questionnaire and successfully
encouraged its adoption in the CLO market with Co-Chair Denis Struc. The questionnaire has significantly increased
the level of ESG reporting and disclosure across the majority of European CLO issuance.”
